Don’t Despair Over Your Hair Loss

Hair loss affects plenty of men, some of whom start receding in their teens!

If you’re not going bald yet, but your father is hairless…I don’t fancy your chances!

Going bald used to be just one of those things that men of a certain age had to suffer. I was one of them until I came across provillus.

Now this stuff actually prevents the hormone that causes baldness from going to work, so you keep your hair for longer. It then nourishes your hair so that the hair becomes stronger and less fine than before.

I used to have a real problem when I got hot and my head started to sweat a little. The hair would clump together (because it was so fine)and then the skin would show through even worse than before.

I was a wreck in social situations, particularly going clubbing because I always thought folks were staring at my hair. With provillus I’ve found a new lease of life!

I’d always been skeptical about taking pills for hair loss, but over time it worked for me. Now I can look in the mirror without fear and my friends just think I’m the world’s first cured baldie! Go check out my provillus review and see my entire story.

If you end up trying the pills do let me know with a post on my blog if you like. I love to see how they’ve helped other people. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one who knows about these things. Go ahead and give them a try and let me know how you get on.

Yalku Lagoon – A Paradise Cove

Yalku Lagoon, in Akumal is one of the most beautiful places for snorkeling in the Riviera Maya. It is a spectacular cove that serves as a natural sanctuary for the reproduction of a great variety of marine species that live in the reefs of the Mexican Caribbean.

The sweet waters that emerge from the bottom of the earth merge here with the salty ocean waters, thus creating ideal conditions for the reproduction and hatching of all sorts of fish. Yalku Lagoon has been for thousands of years, just as other similar formations along the coast, an important factor for the sound development and growth of life in the reefs.

With thousands of multi-colored fish, rocky capricious underwater formations, mangroves and shoals, the Lagoon of Yalku is a delight for those who want to be captivated by watching and exploring the underwater world through a mask and snorkel. This easiness to access the wonderful world of coral reefs without having to incur in the complications and risks of scuba diving, make this a place of enormous interest for the whole family; from little children to grandparents can enjoy of the natural wonders that the Caribbean offers us.

The Lagoon of Yalku is located at the end of North Akumal, and getting there is very simple. You just have to take the road to Akumal Beach and stay on the road that runs along the coast. At the end of this road, after having driven a little over 2kms from the entrance to Akumal Bay, you will find the Lagoon. There is controlled access and you will find many services as are parking, rest rooms and snorkel gear for rent which runs for about US$6.00 per person. This is a very safe place although it is always advisable to keep an eye on personal belongings as it is a public place where many people go to every day.

Another way of enjoying the wonders of this beautiful lagoon is by staying at any of the villas around the Yalku Lagoon. There are multiple options. All of them are very attractive and may lodge families or groups from 6 to 14 people. These Akumal villas are excellent options for first class vacations without spending as much money as you would in a Grand Tourism Hotel, yet having the privacy and tranquility that only a house can provide, while enjoying all the services you would expect during your holidays. As an example, I will describe three of these villas in Akumal:

Casa Azul Riviera: This is one of the first villas built on the shore of the Yalku Lagoon. This villa accommodates up to 14 people. Its interior areas are ample and comfortable, but what is really spectacular about this house, is its outdoor areas. It has beautiful gardens, a very good-sized pool, and a grand palapa next to the pool with a bar that is ideal for gatherings or parties. There are areas with beach sand and pallets to sunbathe as well as two entrances to the Yalku Lagoon; one is to an area where there is no public access so it ends up being an additional natural pool, and the second access is to the public side of the lagoon. This is one of the cheapest houses in the area, and it offers very good quality in its services.

Casa de los Sueños is a smaller house that can accommodate from 6 to 10 people. This house is located at the entrance of the Caribbean ocean so the views from anywhere around the house are simply spectacular. The combination of having a section of the Yalku Lagoon and the immensity of the Caribbean ocean in front of oneself is breathtaking! This house comes with a large patio and a pool facing the ocean. There is also a beautiful garden with a barbecue grill. It is a three-bedroom, one studio house.

The most recent construction in front of the Yalku Lagoon is Villa Gauguin; a villa with a modern style that can accommodate up to 14 guests. This house has floor to ceiling windows throughout its façade that faces the ocean and the lagoon, which makes one feel completely immerse in them. The combination of the avant-garde design and the natural almost intact environment, create a very pleasant sensation. This house is not only beautiful, but it is also comfortable and peaceful: the ideal spot for anyone looking for sound rest in his vacation.

There are many other options to enjoy the lagoon of Yalku, so it is very important in your next visit to the Mayan Riviera to program at least a one day visit to this great and unique place. I can guarantee you an unforgettable experience.

Dan Kennedy Marketing Courses

There are lots of direct marketing materials out there, and as far as authors of direct marketing strategies and techniques go, Dan Kennedy is just one of many. But, if you had to to sit down and ‘rate’ direct marketing gurus, most everybody in the direct marketing business would agree that Dan is the granddaddy of them all.

Dan Kennedy is well known in business and marketing circles by his nickname — the “millionaire maker”. The cool thing is that his fame comes from his results. Fundamentally, Dan Kennedy is simply a freelance copywriter who is regarded as a hero by many in the copywriting profession. Of course Dan Kennedy is one of the highest paid, hardest working, most in-demand direct marketing consultants in all of America today. Not only that, but Dan Kennedy marketing is also already a best-selling author of more than 5 books and numerous (too many to count) “how-to” courses and packages. Some of his packages retail for more than $3,000.

When it comes to interesting direct marketing opportunities, Dan Kennedy has a unique straight-forward (what he calls “No BS”) style and is definitely putting himself out there every day! As everyone knows, Dan is a leader in the coaching movement (especially in the Pacific Northwest), and was one of the first coaches in the area to be certified by the prestigious International Coach Federation. Dan offers and teaches a unique brand of coaching that smartly focuses on what is already working in your life and your business. His aim is to show his clients the precise road map to take their ideas and turn their ideas into a successful business.

There are certain situations in business where direct marketing is more likely to work than others. First and foremost, the direct marketer must be able to identify the target market and audience in terms of shared characteristics and common interests.

Obviously, the key to successful direct marketing is to get the right offer to the right person. You must select your target audience, clearly identify exactly what you are trying to accomplish, and use the steps in some of Dan’s how-to guides to formulate a direct marketing campaign that will impress your new prospects and strongly motivate them to respond.

Direct Marketing is a proven form of marketing that attempts to send its messages directly to prospects and consumers, using directly addressable media such as mail and email. Therefore, direct marketing differs from regular advertising (such as television) in that it does not place its messages on a third party medium, or in the public market, such as a billboard or a radio commercial would.

Bottom line, chose your direct marketing strategy carefully. An when you are ready to learn more about direct marketing, consult an expert link Dan Kennedy.

Who owns the Intellectual Property in an AdWords account

If you run your AdWords campaign properly you’ll know that certain keywords deliver highly profitable traffic to your website. You will also know that most keywords are not profitable. Finding out which are good takes time and the process of uncovering the profitable niches keywords requires analysis, thought, testing and measurement.

I run a campaign that uses just three keywords to generate a steady flow of cash into my bank. I advertise a specific service using these three keywords and earn a commission whenever I deliver a new customer to them. I don’t get involved in lead capture or anything like that for this campaign. I just drive targeted traffic to the service provider’s website via my affiliate link.

The same three keywords have been highly profitable for over 18 months and generally generate in commissions 3 to 4 times what I spend on clicks.

So would I be prepared to disclose these keywords to you? Only for a price.

These keywords are responsible for producing an automatic income stream for me and will probably continue to do so for years to come. They are obscure. They took a lot of research and ingenuity to find and I am now benefiting essentially from the intellectual property I have tied up in my AdWords account.

Many companies have a huge intellectual property investment in their Pay Per Click campaigns without realising it. So I thought it would be interesting to try and put some value on this just so that advertisers became more aware of the true value that a well-run campaign delivers.

I’ll keep the mathematics simple and so there is some inaccuracy in my calculations. The point is to demonstrate the principle rather than perform an accurate assessment, something which would require actuarial skills.

So here goes.

Suppose I spend $500 a month on a particular campaign and that it produces $1500 a month in income. My profit, which is automatically generated, is then $1000 a month or $12000 a year.

If this income stream was going to carry on for ever (which it won’t) then we could give it a capital value of the annual income divided by the current interest rates. If interest rates are 5%, then the capital value is $12000 divided by 0.05 = $240000. This is the amount of capital you would need to place on deposit with a safe institution to receive the equivalent annual income.

Realistically I know that my income from this campaign is much less secure than money in the bank but that doesn’t stop me making an estimate of its capital value.

Suppose I give my campaign a life-expectancy of just 2 more years. That is 24 months of $1000 a month profit or $24000. (I am not bothering to calculate the time value of money here which takes into account the fact that money now is worth more than money later. It is the magnitude I am after rather than precision.)

If these figures applied to my campaign, each keyword would be worth an average of $8000 to me. If the campaign had a life-expectancy of 3 years instead of 2, the value would be $12000 per keyword instead.

These are shockingly large figures.

So the questions you should take away from this article are:

1. Have you ever stopped to work out what some of your keywords are really worth to you?

2. Have you ever stopped to think carefully who you are disclosing your campaign details to when you ask someone else to manage your AdWords account for you?

As an AdWords Account Manager I look after my clients accounts as if they are assets of their businesses. My job in some respects is to grow the value of those assets as well as to deliver high ROI and profitability.
