I heard this term "swingweight" alot. For instance, "Tiger is D4, Morgan Pressel is D0…" Should I make all my clubs the same swingweight so that my swing tempo does not change between shots?

Yes…. all your clubs should be the same swingweight. That's so they all feel the same during your swing. Here's an article that explains it better than I could here.
