I just felt more at ease on the course and more assured in my capabilities. Golf is now even more of a blast than it was.
Often you just know the second the club swings towards the ball that it's going to be a good shot. This is a feeling all golfers have experienced and it greatly improves your attitude in a round. Having this happen all of the time won't be possible , but having it occur more often is possible using mental golf techniques.
